All students enrolled in classes through Creativity in Motion may perform in our Spring Recital. Participation is optional, however in order to receive costumes in time I must receive this form and costume payment no later than November 15, 2008. The performance will be held locally, tentatively May 30, 2009 (details will follow). All students performing in the show must purchase a costume and attend the same class between November and June. Costume prices, which companies have increased yet again (approx. $60 each), include the full costume, tights (not included if costume has pants), props/extras, tax and shipping fees (shoes are your responsibility). The costume cost will vary depending upon class size, students' sizes (there is an additional fee for XL sizes) and costume selected. Filling out the costume companies' order forms and cross-referencing sizes is very time consuming, so I must have your information ASAP. The costume order must occur by December 15, 2008 in order to assure delivery in time.

ATTENTION ALL ADULTS! Last year's Adult Dance was a big hit, so I'd like to do it again this year! If you are interested in hearing more about this and possibly performing in the show, please notify me in writing ASAP. The choreography will be basic, and in the past we used homemade costumes. Rehearsals are determined by the group - however we typically do one 2-hour rehearsal in March, two in April, and one each in May and the week of the show. No experience necessary, just a willingness to turn off your adult brain and have some fun!!!
